Utica-Rome Expressway

Kubricky Construction Co. worker John Lines attempts to remove a Route 49 Westbound sign from the Route 49/291interchange in Marcy Thursday afternoon, in an attempt to re-route traffic to the newly opened Utica-Rome Expressway. Thursday was the official opening of the highly anticipated expressway that officialÕs hope will improve mobility and increase economic development in both Utica and Rome.
